Chris is awesome. Very thorough, pro Prompt, and knowledgeable. His communication is great and he does quality work! Installed our AC right before this heat wave and went out of his way to make sure it was done on time!

Chris at JFrank was extremely responsive, communicative, and had our best interest in mind! He presented a couple options and took his time to talk us through the pros and cons of each option so we could make an informed decision. We also loved the text alerts when a new appointment was scheduled, when he was on his way, and when the work order was complete. Highly recommend!

Chris found the issue with our furnace right away and fixed it in 20 minutes. He made sure that the unit was working properly before he left. He also gave us tips on what we can do to avoid a clogged drain. I recommend him 100 %
